Veg Green Masala

I was so bored of the usual onion tomato based recipies for sabzi's that i once ate this wonderful recipe in a restaurant. The masala base was palak and I absolutely loved it!! I came home and tried it immediately and here is the recipe for it.
Ingridients:-
Your favo veggies aloo, cauliflower, carrot, squash, panneer etc
Fresh palak - 3 bunch
Ginger - fresh choppped
Onion - 1 big chopped
1. Take oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic. once nice aroma comes, add onion and turmeric
2. Fry for a min and add chopped palak to it and green chillies. Fry for a min and allow to cool.
3. Now grind to a paste and keep aside.
4. Take oil again, add jeera and then add all the veggies. Put little water and close it and cook. I sually microwave all the veggies before adding to the pan as it will be faster.
5. Once all veggies are cooked, add the paste and let the veggies cook for a min in this paste. Add salt and more water if required.
6. Once cooked remove from heat. Garnish with ginger and fresh coriander on the top.
Good to eat with naan or rice.
