
This recipe is rich in Palak. Very simple to make. Here is the recipe. 
Ingridients:- 
Palak - 2 bunches 
Onion - 1 big chopped 
Green chillies - 5-6 
Ginger - 1 small peice 
Garlic - fresh chopped 
1. Take some oil in a pan and add little jeera, ginger and garlic. After some time add onion and green chillies
2. Fry for a min and then add the cleaned spinach/ palak leaves 
3. Fy them for 5 mins till they become soft. Take off from heat. 
4. Grind the mixture into a green paste once cooled.
5. Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes. Microwave them for 4 mins or so till cooked. 
6. Take some oil in a pan and fry the aloo for a min 
7. Then add the green spinach paste prepared. Add salt 
8. Cook the aloo in the palak till cooked. Take off from heat and serve with Roti.
