This is a very easy recipe for any festival and yet very delicious. If you do not have enough time and patience to make any other sweet dish like mysorepak etc, try this one.
Ingridients:-
Besan - 2 cups
Pwderred Sugar - 2 cups
Ghee - 1.5 cups
Elaichi powder
kajoos and Kissmiss
1. Fry the besan slowly on low flame till a nice aroma comes. Around 10 mins.
2. Add ghee to it and fry for another 10 mins.
3. Add sugar now, and let the mixture cool
4. Fry kajoos and kissmiss in ghee and add to the mixture.
5. Once semi cooled, make small balls
6. Once the laddoos are cooled completely store in air tight container.
