This one of the regular dishes prepared at home on a daily basis in most south indian homes.
Ingridients:-
Bottle gourd, Carrots, brinjals, drum stick, Okra and any of your other favo veggies
Tamarind juice
Sambar powder
1. Take oil in a pan and season with mustard seeds, jeera and garlic.
2. Now add onion and bhendi
3. After some time add all other veggies
4. Add water. Let them cook for 5 mins
5. Now add tamarind juice and turmeric powder
6. Add curry leaves and salt.
7. Once all the veggies are cooked add cooked toor daal.
8. Add sambar powder and remove from heat.
