Masala Vada


This vada is very simple to make and very good to eat.
Ingridients:-
Chana daal - 2 cups soak for 3 hrs
Green chillies
Ginger
Onions - chopped
1. Grind into a paste the soaked chana daal, green chillies and ginger. When you grind, do not grind to a fine paste. make sure some chana daal you can see here and there
2. Add chopped onions to chana mixture now.
3. Add salt and currly leaves
4. Heat oil in a deep botton pan
5. Take small balls of the chana mixture, flatten it and add to hot oil
6. Fry on med flame
7. Serve these vadas with coconut chutney
