Ingridients:-
Moong Daal - 1 cup
Rice - 1 cup
Jaggerry - 1 cup
Ghee - 0.5 cup
Kaju and Kishmiss
Elaichi - few
1. Mix rice and moong daal and pressure cook them
2. Finely grate Jaggery. Finely grind elaichi
3. Heat ghee in a pan and add cooked rice and daal
4. Add jaggery and elaichi powder
5. Fry kaju and kissmiss in ghee and add them to the pongal
Serve hot.
